ZINSSER BULLS EYE 1-2-3
Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 is a water-based all surface, all-purpose primer, sealer & stainkiller. It is also particularly effective as an adhesion promoting primer for hard-to-stick surfaces even without sanding.
