Like Bulls Eye 1-2-3, it deals effortlessly with hard to paint interior and exterior substrates such as glossy surfaces, ceramic tiles, non-ferrous metal, vinyl, hardboard, melamine, varnish, plastic, GRP, UPVC, wood, masonry and more.
