EAGLE ULTRATOP TOP COAT

Ultratop is a single component aliphatic polyurethane resin to be used as topcoat for Ultraflex Waterproof Roof Coating on flat roofs, with a glossy finish forming a flexible, continuous film and excellent adhesion and mechanical properties. Its excellent resistance to abrasion and stress makes it resistant to weathering, extreme temperatures and UV radiation. An ideal finish coat for balconies, walkways and other applications in flat roofing, or private car parks with very light traffic.

Ultratop can be applied as a non-slip finish by adding silica sand or aggregate. If required, an additional layer of Ultratop can be applied on the aggregate to encapsulate the anti-slip system.
