EAGLE ULTRAFLEX WATERPROOF ROOF COATING

Ultraflex Waterproof Roof Coating is a high performance waterproofing system for use on new and existing roofs, walkways, balconies, gutters, etc, applying straight from the tin with a solvent-resistant roller, and drying in 2-8 hours (depending on the weather). Surfaces are fully trafficable once fully cured after 24 hours, forming a seamless membrane.

The coating system has excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates, including plywood, bitumen membranes, asphalt, metals, brick, concrete and wood. Ultratop topcoat can be applied no later than 48 hours after Ultraflex for a glossy finish.

Ultraflex Waterproof Roof Coating is BBA certified for life in excess of 25 years and has NHBC and Green Roof Approval. It comes with a manufacturers 15-25 year guarantee (please contact us for more information).
